SINCE WE ARE A CUSTOM LEATHER SHOP, LEATHER PRODUCTS ARE MADE AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED AND THEN SHIPPED. 

TIME TO MAKE & SHIP

However, since we are a custom leather shop, our leather products (belts, guitar straps, dog collars, wallets, coin purses, etc. ) have to be made before they are shipped. The time to make different leather products can run up to eight weeks depending on waiting orders. You must add the appropriate number of days to the shipping time to allow us time to make your leather product or to package your leathercraft items. However, if we receive an excessive amount of orders or during busy times such as holidays, leather products could take slightly longer to have made. Therefore if you have a deadline such as Christmas, a birthday, or a vacation date, give us a call, send an email, or write it in the order instructions/comments during the checkout process to let us know of your deadline.

Add approximately 2 weeks (some build times may be shorter) to the delivery time displayed to make: minimalist wallets and money clip wallets.

Add approximately 3 weeks (some build times may be shorter) to the delivery time displayed to make: guitar straps, belts, dog collars, leashes, wallets, other coin purses, belt pouches, and wristbands.

Add approximately 4 weeks (some build times may be shorter) to the delivery time displayed to make: items with artwork and tooling, cellular cases, holsters, knife cases, portfolios, notebooks, and other larger items.

SHIPPING METHODS

All leather products and leathercraft supplies are normally shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are in addition to the advertised unit price. All leather products, custom leatherwork priced on this website are advertised in U.S. currency.

SIZING

Please measure with a tape measure as shown on our website so your new product will fit correctly re Dog Collar Neck Size, Belt Waist Size, Wristband Wrist Size. Our leather products are all custom-made for your order to the measurements specified by you. No returns are allowed on incorrect measurements provided by you. If you have questions about sizing please contact us.

LEATHER

Please note that leather is a natural material as opposed to a manmade material  Therefore some small blemishes are natural such as scratches, wrinkles, insect bites, and natural healed scars. These small blemishes do not affect the durability of the hide. We preserve the natural hide markings on our products which shows the authenticity of the leather. One of the beauties of leather is that no two hides are alike. Because each hide has different markings, each hide takes the dye coloring slightly differently on the leather product made.

 
COLOR

The color of the actual product may vary slightly from what is shown on our website for a number of reasons. Due to the wide range of computer monitors, monitor color settings, brightness settings, etc., the products will display differently on a variety of monitors. Also leather is a natural product so each piece of leather absorbs the dye slightly differently. Some hides may require us to apply more dye or natural oils to make the finished leather item have balanced coloring which results in a slightly darker shade.

You can order anytime online. However, if you wish to contact us by phone for questions or to place your order by phone. during our daytime business hours. We are normally open Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time. Due to the nature of the job, we may be applying oils or dyes using gloves, running loud equipment, so when calling you may have to leave a message. We apologize in advance, we return your call.

 
PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. All orders must be paid in full before they are made and shipped. If you visit our shop you can also pay by cash but please do not mail cash. We don't take personal checks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since we are a custom shop, products are made to your specifications. Custom-made items and imprinted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For plain stock items and leathercraft supplies that have not been used, we will refund the price of the item or exchange it once we receive it but can not refund the original shipping cost. For an exchange of a leathercraft supply or plain leather item, the customer must also pay the additional price to reship.  Also, the expense of shipping to return the item is the responsibility of the customer. We only accept returned items that are shipped through the post office.
